Subway

"I'm done with this Subway, I've been disappointed with this location before, but never again! Posted hours of operation, on location and both on Google- and Apple-Maps, show them opening at 6:00 AM. They never do as such. I visited this location at 6:10 AM Monday, February 5, 2024. No food whatsoever was set up, and the man behind the counter ignored my presence for some time as he occupied himself with wiping the counter, over and over and over again, making it obvious that he was ignoring me. After several minutes, he finally acknowledged my presence, and told me that he wouldn’t be opening until 6:45 AM or 7:00 AM. When I politely told him that his posted hours, as well as Google and Apple Maps, said that his location was open at 6:00 AM, he most arrogantly answered, “well I says I don't be opens until between 6:45 AM and 7:00 AM, and if that be a problem, ….”. Fortunately, I departed early enough for the airport, so I had time to double back to my Schertz location, which is always world class. No hard feelings whatsoever when a location chooses to open at a later time. But when they post opening hours, customers tend to rely on that, and even go out of their way to patronize such businesses. If this location doesn’t wish to open at 6:00 AM, then it would be appreciated by many if their actual opening hours could be appropriately and accurately published. Further, the man who arrogantly answered, “well I says…” certainly isn’t making any money for Subway, or doing anything positive for Subway for that matter."

"Oh this place has it all. Bread. Meats n things. Cheese and veggies. So what if it's stuck in a glimly lit, no back exit gas station. Fuel for both your duallys!"

"Came in at 6:45am, asked if I can have a sandwich, worker doesn't look at me, just looking down says "no" so like bruh why you at work go home"

"I actually ear here often. They always makr the sandwich exactly the way I ask. It always looks good and fresh no matter what time you decide to go."

"Food is prepared in front of you so that is good. The service has always been very good. Staff are always very patient and helpful."
