"Was told the subway coupons are not accepted, at subway. It seems bonkers to me, but I’m clearly missing something. Overpriced and disappointing."

"I walked in, and the gentleman behind the counter was very welcoming. The store was clean, and I was taken care of immediately. My chicken wrap was alright, but that's normal for subway. All in all it was a good visit!!"

"My son and I arrived to this particular Subway last night on December 18, 2021 and we ordered $28.11 worth of food (including tax). When I went to pay with my debit card, I inadvertently hit the customization button to add a $2.00 tip but instead I mistakenly applied a $28.11 tip and the transaction went through. I explained to the worker Sabrina that it was a mistake and I only intended to give her a $2 dollar tip and not a $28.11 tip. Sabrina was very nice and replied that she could not give me the difference from the tip back. She instructed me to arrive in the morning because the manager would be on duty and could adjust my tip. The next day I called this same store and spoke with Tina. Tina informed me that the manager would not be in until this coming Tuesday. Tina also advised that couldn’t provide me with my tip adjustment. If the owner or manager is reading this, please make arrangements to pay me a refund of $26.11. Once again, it was my intent to provide Sabrina with a $2 dollar tip and not a $28.11 tip. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter. My receipt, name and contact information was left at your store. I personally feel that I’m getting the “run around.” I have always supported this store and is respectfully requesting that we can get situation rectified in a likewise manner. Thanks Jerome"
