"We live in Kerrville and specifically travel to this Subway. This location usually makes our sandwiches best. We've tried others nearest to us and won't go through that experience again. Only happened once but we told them the lettuce was looking poorly and they just looked at us but they did end up getting lettuce after asking directly. For the most part good service and good enough food"

"Would give zero stars. Manager was incompetent and rude. Ordered through doordash. Sandwich supposed to be hot. Was very cold. Not even toasted. Went to subway to get new sandwiches. "That's how they are cooked". I was only customer there. Zero acknowledgment "be right with you sir". Stood there for 5 minutes. Low quality employees and low quality food."

"Alex did an AMAZING job on my sandwich. I asked him to do me a sub the way he knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. And boy did he deliver. Best subway experience I’ve ever had. Amazing staff with awesome attitudes, couldn’t ask for anything better. Shout out Alex for his great customer service skills!"

"The service was pretty good. The reason for the few stars is the food quality was poor. It was old and smelled bad. They also never have sweet tea. Not sure why but most subway locations around here don't put out tea for some reason. Also need to improve on the cleaning quality as well."
