"As I walked into this location with my daughters, I heard the mom and daughter exiting saying “How rude” as they left empty-handed. It took less than a minute to confirm that their words were directed at the store’s two employees. Although it is a small store, the girls remained in the comfort of the check-out counter for the majority of the visit, allowing clothes to remain on the floor, novelty items to collect a layer of dust on the shelves, and several customers to enter without so much as a greeting. Only after my daughter dropped some clothes she was carrying around the store did one stop gossiping long enough to offer a dressing room. It was no curiosity that during the 20-minute span of our visit, the other five or so groups of customers also left without purchasing anything. It was quite unpleasant to have my 13-year-old hearing petty (and loud) college gossip about boys cheating on girls and all of the inappropriate and tasteless details one might imagine would accompany such drivel. Even my pre-teen marveled at the lack of maturity displayed. To top it off, I exited with a “Have a nice day,” which was met with a “You, too” followed by an employee rolling her eyes and laughing. Management may want to seek new employees with haste."

"Return policy sucks. No returns. Only exchanges or store credit. Just horrible and nobody tells you the policy until you’re already screwed. Fort Worth store had no visible signage stating this policy. My family won’t shop there again."

She helped me find just what I was looking for and we had such a nice chat! Love my new purse, dress, and romper set. Can't wait to come back!"
