"This place is off the chain. Chased us around the store. They immediately get on the intercoms and say , " Keep your kids with you at all times." They are so rude and hostile. They eagle eye you making it very awkward and very uncomfortable! You can barely read the little tags , which by the way are very expensive for a second hand store. The selection is raggedy looking. I had a most horrible experience and felt discriminated by the Hispanics working. They were railing on the customers in Spanish, not realizing I am Spanish speaking myself. I hope the owners read this and do some adjustments. I will never return and will spread the word.DO NOT DONATE HERE!!"

"Used to be a great place, but the new staff is mean and racist. I found a pair of boots I wanted and couldn't tell the price exactly. I asked an employee if it said $10 or $12 since it wasn't clear. She immediately told me no and ran to the counter and came back with another employee who said they were $140. I could believe they said even $110 and it was smudged. But I'm so sad and feel taken advantage of. I guess that don't realize some people are bilingual and they were calling me racial slurs and "stupid little white girl" and talking about how she was going to put them under the counter for herself. Some of the women were also talking back about a black women and saying how she needed to wash her "stinky privates." And that she smelled like black people food? I will be reporting to the BBB I'm so unbelievably disappointed."
