"This is not a knock against the salesman that I worked with at Best Buy it is a bad Best Buy policy. I got a really good deal on LG dishwasher open box labeled as excellent . Go through the process of picking it up and installing it and then come to find out it leaks when running. Pull it back out so I could see what’s going on. Found leak, tub was dented upper after corner that was hidden by the big plastic shipping piece so this had to been dented from the factory, which is probably why it was a turn in the first place, and they couldn’t find the leak . This cannot be repaired need to replace but the Best Buy rep says the best I can do is I’ll give you a $50 coupon. So beware if you get a product from Best Buy, that is mislabeled and worse defective your time for going to the whole process of buying installing is worth $50 to them and that’s it."
