"Had trouble with the app, and workers help figure out the problem. Sandwich #10 was great."
"With the rise of costs and the trust you have to give to order online, it can be upsetting when orders are not completed correctly. Especially when you have to pay extra for the missing things. My family ordered four of the series subs and were missing bacon, avocado, shy on meat for a sandwich claiming to have a lot, and notes (while not the biggest deal) ignored. I've been to this location on several occasions and have recently seen a decline in service which is such a shame. I hope this situation can be rectified."
"The first employee that I spoke with was super helpful and friendly and this post is not to be reflected on them at all. So, I came in around 8:30pm on 10/06. As I was ordering I asked for 2 sandwiches with extra chicken. Upon making the second sandwich, the employee assisting me noticed they were getting low on chicken. She went and asked (who I assumed to be) the acting manager where the additional chicken was. The manager looked at what was left and said no that should be enough (it wasn't...). At which point I replied no id rather have the fresh batch instead of the bottom of the pan. The manager made it a point to inform me that they were both made this morning and I said I understood but I'd prefer the batch that hasn't been out all day. So the employee assisting me goes to get it, comes back, and begins making my second sandwhich. Now, I don't know if I angered the manager lady by asking for "fresher" food or what but as the original employee is making the second sandwich she comes over, tells her she's putting too much chicken, and proceeds to completely TAKE THE CHICKEN OFF THE SANDWICH and put much much smaller portions (only 2 scoops and makes it a point not to over fill them by picking pieces off the top of the scoop before putting it on the sandwich). At that point I'm done with the negative attitude and completely shut down and don't even bother looking at them or making conversation. Y'all really need to re-evaluate your management not to be micro-managing and be more customer friendly. To the first employee that helped me, thank you for being nice and I'm sorry I got annoyed."
"Every time I go they are out of soup(6-8pm). The bread is hit or miss. Sometimes it's nice and fresh, sometimes it's hard and dry and REALLY hard to eat. Once my husband found their knife wrapped next to his sandwich when we got home. Cookies are always great. Employees are always nice."
