"The menu said that the CAJUN DRY rub was very Hot. It didn't kick anybody. Only one side of my chicken had seasoning and you could barely tasted. Totally wasted my money bc I vould have fried plain wings at home. You guys have to do better than that. I was really excited but that killed the vibe. Back to Wingstop!!!"
"Two times I ordered wings with sauce that I received completely naked, no sause, no rub. When spoke with the manager she wants to make me feel incompetent telling me that dry rub is no sauce, is a seasoning like I do not know that, but I didn't order dry rub, I order santa fe one time and mango habanero the other time I received the wings completely dry. Manager refused to provide any king of compensation, she can refund the amount paid or replaced the wings but I have to bring the wings back. I request her to deliver the wings she said that they don't offer delivery when they do with doordash. I expressed that she is not doing anything to compensate the inconvenience, time and money spent and she said to buy wings someplace else and not there. I will definitely follow her advice."
"This was my first time visit and I’m not sure if O will be back. My fries were cold and soggy and had a bitter after taste. I threw away four orders of fries because no one could eat them. The wings were a decent size but it was warm and a bit of a turn off trying to eat almost cold food."
"Ordered 16 wings (8 Santa Fe and 8 Cajun). Got two separate packages with 8 wings and a bunch of fries. They were mediocre in size and flavorless. I couldn’t tell which flavor was which. The fries were nasty. Nobody ate any of them. I ordered these from home, as I stopped at Chili’s to order them to go in person, but the gal said you could only get them delivered through Door Dash. This, in spite of the fact that the signs at the curbside delivery had already been placed that said “It’s Just Wings Curbside Pickup”. Also, when you try to order wings for pickup, the website automatically takes you to Door Dash. Basically, they don’t know what’s going on, and they should reconsider their efforts on making wings. They were a waste of time and money."
