"DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD AT THIS PLACE!!! AND Their prices on the menu ARE NOT CORRECT! I came here FOR MY BIRTHDAY ON SATURDAY 03/02/24 I ordered the nachos- which were literally 8-10 chips with a spoon of meat on top of each chip! THERE WAS NO CHEESE NOR BEANS ON THEM, WHATSOEVER. I also ordered 3 drinks and fried jalapeños and pickles! My total came out to be $71.12! I used a CREDIT CARD to pay for for my food... THEY AUTOMATICALLY ADDED GRATUITY TO MY CHECK! How about 3 DAYS LATER, they CHANGED THE AMOUNT I SIGNED FOR AND ADDED THEIR OWN $15.00 TIP! I DID NOT AUTHORIZE A $15.00 TIP ON MY RECEIPT! This is FRAUD AND IT IS THEFT!! I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! GO CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS IF YOU'VE EATEN HERE! **DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD HERE!"

"Walked in during afternoon for wings and a cold beer. Wings were Cooke to perfection and very tasty flavor. Beer was mostly ice cold. As the sun went down we noticed security guards. 2 at the door wasn’t so bad but when it was 2 inside 2 at the door and 2 in parking that caught our attention. Best to go before the sun goes down!"

"We got robbed at this place. First they bring you a receipt of 56 bucks you give your card and then they come back with receipt of 83.38 I asked why they said gratuity is included 20%. On a ticket for 2 people only. I asked the manager and they didn't do anything about it. They have lost all of my future business.... I don't recommend this place at all food was blend, and service sucked"

"The atmosphere is great. But the waitress we got was just quiet. We tried talking to her and make jokes but she always had a straight face like she didn’t care about anything. Her name tag says “ESTRELLA”. We would like to return but not with that attitude. Not friendly at all .. they even tried to over charge us. Gave us so many receipts. The waitress couldn’t even explain how she was charging us. Bad service. Will not return. Barra brava is better and friendlier"
