"Order chowing but got rice and a side of rice. Order for pick was wrong. They even have stickers but just put them in side instead of order accuracy. Just go there and pick out what you want. Apparently it’s to complicated to order online."
"Didn’t get what I ordered because they didn’t want to cook more chicken - at 7 pm?! I took my order back and they offered to make it right (even though it took 10 minutes) and gave me a drink as I waited. When I went to the soda fountain the Dr Pepper was out and the sweet tea was out. There were only two other customers in the store, so I know they were not that busy. Go to a different location."
"This was the absolute best experience we have had in a fast food type restaurant. When we walked in we were greeted by every employee. It was a late lunch (2:00) and there were a few employees that were eating their lunch, but each still stopped and said hello and welcomed us. The food was good and the staff all super friendly. I think it was the cleanest restaurant we have been to since moving to the area. And every employee was busy doing something (one even on their hands and knees cleaning the floor). I don’t think any employee was standing idle, which was super impressive seeing as I am sure they just went through their lunch rush. Will definitely be returning!"
"This location is horrible. I had 4 bowls using the new coupons they have out. They burnt my rice in all 4 bowls. When I return to get them remade the same day after being told to come back. They wouldn’t remake but 2 bowls stating that they couldn’t replace all 4. BUT, you served disgusting burnt rice and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. I’ve eaten here before and the rice has been hard and not fresh. The resolution on this was wrong, I could say more but I’ll leave that to speak with corporate about. The way I was handled wasn’t correct and you took my money and didn’t provide what I paid for. Also, we were sick that night after eating this."
