"We were seated and waited 5-7 minutes before a server greeted us which gave us plenty of time to browse the menu. When the server arrived I let him know we were ready to order ** we were starving :) ** He said “ok, i’ll be back” then disappeared for another 5-7 minutes (I felt like that was a big miss) We each ordered the ribeye along with broccoli, brussels sprouts, and salads. I asked for medium rare plus but was told they couldn’t do that. I hear that from time to time but never at a place that has steakhouse in the title of the restaurant. The salads showed up immediately and were fantastic Brussels sprouts were some of the best we’ve ever had Broccoli was a bit sour and bitter We were asked if we would like steak sauce when the steaks were brought to the table… that was a red flag to me. I thought “i sure hope not” Steaks were cooked well as far as temperature goes but lacked flavor. Been a long time since a ribeye couldn’t provide enough flavor to satisfy. We added butter, salt and pepper to help supplement. Looking back now, the steak sauce makes more sense :/ One more thing I’ll mention, two servers stood right over the top of us and talked about a large tip one of them just received. Super unprofessional, it was a full conversation at a high volume… awkward"

"From our of town came here after visiting the zoo. We got right in for two adults and toddler. Server was great we order spicy chicken bites as appetizer. The old fashioned and moscow mule they were made great. Then the Nolan chicken fried steak and filet Mac and cheese for our little one and all was absolutely delicious also ordered dessert. The cheesecake and shortcake also delicious."

"Great place for steaks, good variety, and different options as well. We went for a birthday celebration and service was really good. we both had ribeyes, one dish with asparagus, and the other one with mashed potatoes and a premium salad with strawberries, pecan, and other fruit. Everything was really good, but the dessert which was too much chocolate for me. It’s bread is warm, soft and tasty as well. Even though it’s a restaurant chain, good steakhouse! Looking forward to going back"
