"Terrible terrible terrible. Root beer was flat. Burger was greasy and not toasted as i asked. Burger is a mess sauce all around the outside of the bun. They put wassy too much sauce. Too salty. Grease is black. Fries are dark brown. Took 30 minutes of my lunch time just for me to get my food. Had me pull around to the front and made me wait another 10 minutes before i went inside. I told they need to change the grease. They said we do. I said that grease has not been changed. When i was speaking an employee started laughing at me. There was a guy in his car in the parking lot. I let him go and when i parked, he told me that hes burning time and hes about to leave. Im worried to eat this honestly. The employees have bad attitudes and act like they hate their job and that goes for all of them. I saw at least 4 or 5 employees. They took 15 minutes or longer to make my chicken sandwich. It should only take 8 minutes according to the whataburger manager. They were moving like sloths, super slow. Here i am wasting more time of my lunch break just to write this review. They all need to be fired and replace. Worst expiration at a whataburger i have ever had."
"Well, where to begin. In the last 6 months its been on a steady decline. I order curbside pickup 90% of the time and my order is consistently late, wrong or just plain forgotten. Half the time i have to go inside and remind them I'm outside and checked in on their app. Today, the final straw. Waited 6 minutes past the max pickup/ready time. The order comes out and I leave, I get to my destination and I find the entire order wrong. I'm diabetic, I ordered a Coke Zero, I got a regular coke, might as well be attempted murder. I'm allergic to onions, the wrapper says no onions, covered in onions. Attempted murder #2. I didn't order fries, but I got some, small bonus. End result, Im done. Time to find a new store."
"Staff was nice, food was ok. Burger wasn't great, but the onion rings were very good."
"I went to order something to eat after having a long day off work, get to the place and the line was super long, but was craving the southwestern bacon burger , got the time to order and the service was okay, not the greatest but still appreciate the person at the window for helping me, got my order and drove home, once I got home first thing I notice in my order and there was no straws for my drinks, the meals and the chicken strips were a bit burnt and missing the sauces, my burger it has bacon in the name for a reason, as you can tell in the picture that was all the bacon and my burger and the patty was cold, the sodas tasted off like they were watered down, would really like a full refund for my order, really love Whataburger but stuff like this is not making me wanna come back. Really disappointed."
"If I could give zero stars I would. 7/30/23. Had just gotten off from a 14 hour shift, exhausted and starving and needing to pick up dinner for me and my spouse. As I drove by I only saw 4 cars in the drive thru and I got in line- Whataburger sounded great. This turned out to be a HUGE mistake. I knew this was going to be a bad experience when it took more than 25 minutes for the car at the head of the line to get their single bag of food. I would have left then but was now trapped in the line. I placed my order and waited.. and waited.. and waited.. at 45 minutes I was finally at the window. 10 minutes later I was finally acknowledged and paid for my order and recieved my drinks that had obviously been sitting for a while. Another 20 minutes passed and a young man came to the window and asked me to pull around front. I asked him "how much longer is my order going to be? I have been here over an hour already" He told me "Sorry, it should only be 2-3 minutes. It takes longer because we use fresh meat" I pulled around front and waited another 30 minutes. Nothing. So I decided to go inside and asked what could possible be taking an hour and a half for two burgers. Apparently the manager was "doing inventory" but another manager from the kitchen came to the front and said "oh, I'm about to make your order now" Realizing my order had not even been started, I demanded my money back- this took another 15 minutes. During this time I listed to every excuse- the main one being that they "had a lot of online orders" I have been a restaurant manager for more that 25 years- the excuses did NOT fly with me. You ALWAYS prioritize the customers in front of you over online orders. After leaving with my cash refund and no actual food. I drove to Taco Bell, got my order and was home within 15 minutes. My family will NEVER be spending money at this location EVER again. We will drive the extra 2 miles to the location at Eastchase. No customer should EVER have to wait more than an hour and a half for food. Absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable. I found the sign on the door funny because it says "Decade" on it and that's how long it takes them to make an order."
