Pluckers Wing Bar

"1st and last time here. First it took about 15 minutes just for a person to come to me and ask with drink and appetizer after I got the drink I ordered the meal, waited 30 minutes for the meal to arrive and never got the appetizer. Then the they bring the appetizer and it was the wrong one that I ordered. I did not like the food, the service. I even had to wait about 10-15 minutes for a refill. If I could give it a negative rating I would. The only good thing is that they knew the screwed up on the appetizer so I wasn’t charged for it. Even though I did not like the incorrect appetizer brought anyways. To top it off there was a gnat on the wings"

"I guess coming to pluckers means learning to pluck your own chicken! I ordered wings and one of them had not one, not two, but three feathers still attached to it. While I understand that chickens have feathers, we pay as customers for our chicken to be plucked for lack of a better word. Our waitress was very nice about it and offered to make me new wings, but at that point I was grossed out. She took the wings off the bill which was very nice, but I was honestly shocked that no manager came over to talk about this. At any restaurant where we have a problem with our food, a manager comes over no matter what, so you can imagine my surprise that no one came over except for our kind waitress. I can officially say that I will not be returning to Pluckers. (See picture of 1/3 feathers that I “plucked” from my wing)"

"We had a very nice early lunch. Food was great. Only thing I'd mention as a negative is one employee was dusting the fixtures above all the tables knocking dust around over us. Other customers noticed as well. But our server, Kenneth, was very nice and attentive. The hostess at the front by the door was bright and friendly."

"Came here before and it was pretty bad, i thought I'd give them a second chance. But it was worse this time. we were walked passed by 2 different people at the hostess stand before they finally greeted us. We had to wait for a table to be cleaned (they were not busy) we ordered a cheese nacho appetizer which was disgraceful upon arrival (Pic included). We left and will not be going again. This franchise has a great menu but about a 50% success rate on execution of quality. and the produce at all 3 locations I have been to are sub par to say the least. I imagine they survive by the pluckers name and by being a local college drinking hub."
