"I went here on Feb 29th which was leap day so I was able to buy one get one free, if your name started with any of these letters L.E.A.P. I got a large firehouse hero hot sub which hit the spot and a potato soup. Definitely gonna be coming back here more often."

"Very Poor Customer Service! The lady behind the counter taking orders had an attitude. She asked if I had an online order and I said no. Her body language after my answer was the first indicator that this may be a bad experience. She proceeded with what would you like. I told her a Large Bacon Turkey Ranch combo with half the way I wanted it and half with the ingredients my husband wanted. She seemed overwhelmed with the request and started to write it down on paper as she informed me that they don’t split sandwiches”with attitude”. I said if you’re going to have an attitude I’ll just order 2 six inch. Same difference. I informed her they had done it for me before and she said ask my manager. We’re not supposed to do split sandwiches. I told her just forget it. Left and went to Subway and they were more than happy to create my sandwich with wonderful customer service. Fire House Subs just lost 2 customers."

"Food is so good! I like to get the club on a sub and my partner digs the meatballs. Service is kind of poor, the kids just chat while you sit there and wait for them to notice you at the counter or they do notice you and just don’t care lol, it’s kind of off-putting. They also tend to forget ingredients that are supposed to be in your sandwich. I think it could definitely be a tighter run ship. All for goofing off but not quite that much."

"The food had globs of mayo and no pickle, no cheese or mustard. What a waste! I couldn't even eat it with the amount of mayo! The picture is even after I wiped the mayo off."

"Love this location, we drive 20 minutes to come here and they used to be great but for the past few months every time we come our sandwiches are drowned in sauce. So terribly bad that the bread is soggy. They have been stingy with the meat as well. You barely get more than like 3 tiny slivers of meat and about 12 oz of sauce... if i wanted that much sauce, I'd order soup or something. I hope they can get some better training or something because the sandwiches are not made like they used to."
