Marco's Pizza

"I am quite picky when it comes to pizza and thought Marco's pizza was good. My 10 year old however does not like pizza at all. Not the frozen pizza, not Chuck E Cheese or Pizza Hut or Gatti's. But she liked Marco's Pizza. She explained that she liked it because the sauce wasn't sweet. 10 stars if I could."

"Customer service standards seem to have declined. Tonight, I placed a delivery order with the new Marco's at 6:15 PM, with an estimated delivery time of around 6:47 PM. When the order didn't arrive, I called the store at 7:15 PM to inquire about it. They informed me that the driver was returning with the order because it had been sitting too long and they needed to make a fresh pizza. Frustrated, I decided to drive to the store at 7:45 PM to pick up my order myself. Upon arrival, I requested they remove the delivery charge, which they did. They didn't offer a receipt, they just told me it was reversed. I had to ask for one and when I did, everything looked in line. Not until I got home I noticed the tip was still included. What exactly did I tip for here? On top of that, the pizza was just...not good. I understand that restaurants can get busy and I try to have as much patience as is reasonable for an exchange of goods and services and I hate writing bad reviews but when you feel robbed after a transaction it's just really disheartening. Management - Don't respond with "I'm sorry your order didn't go well" and offer a one time fix. That doesn't solve anything. You've lost us as a customer, try not to lose more."

"It took 40 minutes past the promised ready time for my take-out order. They asked for my order number when I arrived, and then that person disappeared and kept waiting and asked again and they could not find my order. Finally, they found it. Other customers were experiencing the same issues. I don't recommend it unless you're ok with waiting way past your promised time."

"Beyond excited there is a Marco’s pizza down the street from me! I loved going to family video and ordering a Marco’s pizza friday nights back in my home town. It’s a pick up pizza place not a dine in, like literally every other pizza place in town so anyone getting upset about that is silly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the lady who helped me was so nice! Pizza was great! Service was great! They were so fast and the place looked super clean. I will be a regular here! love that y’all are here ♥️ Anyone who is giving this place a low rating is a tool."

"Been waiting to try this place since I saw them building construction for it. The website was very easy to use and they have lots of great deals going on for their opening. The eta was only 30 minutes which was reasonable especially during dinner time, they offer deliver and curbside, as well as carry out which is very nice. Lots of staff inside, it was a small shop but good enough to get the job done, doesn’t appear to be any room as if you would eat there or dine in which makes sense since it’s connected to a connivence store. The pizza was hot and fresh, the old world pepperoni is delicious and their cheesy bread is good (a little small compared to other places like Dominos) I’ve never had pizza from this chain before and it was satisfactory, definitely worth coming by especially if you live in HuttoParke or Mustang Creek and want something to eat fast and close. Only complaint is they had the Parmesan and chili flakes packets pre-packed in ziplock bags and it only had 2 of each inside, which I mean for a large pizza I kind of wanted more but no big deal."
