"Had my delivery order stolen by the driver called for a hour straight to find out who y'all deliver with when u put your order thru the app but of course it's expecting to much for the common courtesy of answering the phone to say 1 or 2 words. I'd go and ask simply but I got this thing called a job too and can't just leave."

"The food was completely wr9ng multiple times when I have ordered from this location the fries are cold and taste like they haven't been cooked all the way. I get told they have no cheese sauce yet they put it on the loaded nacho tacos that u order"

"Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Restaurant was filthy, I could tell just from the drive through window and that’s pretty bad. Drive through was rude and the manager was even worse. I spoke with her briefly about a charge I didn’t understand and she told me “Too bad, the tacos come with taco sauce, you have to pay for ranch”. It’s not about having to pay for condiments, it’s the attitude. I even called their district manager, Arturo, and he was even worse. Like dude, it’s Jack in the Box, I can go somewhere else but why would you condone running your establishment like this? Ultimately I asked for a refund and chose to have my breakfast WITHOUT roaches."

"Came for a late munchkin since I’m pregnant and order just a simple order which was egg rolls and fries and I pull up to the window I was paying cash and they said they weren’t taking any cash and the problem is that I had send my husband to get my food so he had to go back and get the card in order to place or food so is very inconvenient for customers to go through that. Please help that management because I know they’re more angry customers."

"they made us wait in the drive thru for like 6 minutes. i ordered 4 spicy monster tacos and instead they charged me for 2 and they were the regular monster tacos. ontop of all that the employee always seems to have an attitude. GET MY ORDER RIGHT AND IF U DONT WANNA BE THERE THEN WHY WORK?"
