"Ordered online. When I got to the drive thru window I was told I had to come inside to get the order. It was raining so that was very inconvenient. Every every single thing I ordered was horrible. Burnt jalapeño poppers, tiny shriveled chicken tenders. Barely a teaspoon of gravy with my mashed potatoes and over fried wings. I didn’t ask for spicy but they put some kind of spicy seasoning in them anyway. I almost feel like they’re purposely messing up orders because they don’t like getting business. Edit: manger was apologetic and gave me a prompt refund so i added a star."
"The clerk did not greet nor speak in an understandable way. Mumbled. Took my money and no 'thanks' or any other words. Waited 15 min for 2 pieces of chicken that were already cooked. It took that long because crew members were joking around or others were on their phone. Only 1 of 5 was actually working. So frustrating. Not coming back to this location."
"Let me start with DO NOT eat here. Stopped on a road trip Fri night. Ordered the most basic thing on the menu. They asked me to get out of the drive-through line and park. 22 minutes later, after 5 cars behind me were served, I went inside, and magically, it was being made. The employee that FINALLY brought the food, they totally had the order wrong. This place is terrible. You'd be better off with gas station hotdogs that's been on the rollers since 7 am."
