Potbelly

"Went in on a day when it is 13 degrees outside walked one step in the door and the manager says "sir you have to leave" see I'm currently down on my luck a little bit and homeless at the moment. But went in with money and fully intended on buying a sandwich to go because most people are awful to homeless people anyway. But everyone else that works at this store has been nice in the past with the exception of the store manager. This guy is a snob and a complete (word that would get censored if I put it) whoever is in charge should get rid of this coward who would call the cops on someone rather than just take money and shut his hateful mouth and make the sandwich. Seriously it doesn't take much at all to be a decent human being. It seems like it would be more difficult and cause way more problems to be a hateful prick like this guy is. Potbelly higher ups should get rid of this guy. Go to Kincaid's nextdoor they have great food and they are wonderful people from the manager to the lowest level employee all great people. Give them your business instead until potbelly gets rid of the prick in charge currently."

"Extremely Disappointed walked into potbelly at 8:15pm the time on the door and on the website advertises the restaurant closes at 9pm. As me and my husband walked in the door we were yelled at we’re closed by the manager we were very confused as to what was going on and why he would just scream oh we’re closed if closing time was 9pm then too realized the whole staff were having a little pot luck party. The door was unlocked and there were no signs saying closed do to company even or anything. The manager was extremely rude and told us to ask next time and look at the sign stating closed which it didn’t have anything. The manager was disgustingly rude while shoving ribs down his throat the whole time."

"I came here on Friday night to get a couple of sandwiches to go. I ordered a BLTA and they only put bacon on it. When I usually order this sandwich, they reassure me that it automatically come with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. I was so disappointed and it wasn't even busy. I was 1 of 2 customers in there."
