"Never been here until today. The wait was horrible. When you walk in it’s like a gift shop area it doesn’t tell you where to go to get a table. Way overcrowded and I felt very uncomfortable and to the point that people are sneezing in your face that was disgusting. Food was good. My waiter was either new or just took her time. Now checking out was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. 3 registers and it took over 28 minutes or longer just to pay my ticket. I’m not so sure I will be coming back."
"The time was 11:15 AM which was lunchtime, but they gave us a breakfast menu after we sat down. We asked for a lunch menu, but the waitress seemed pretty annoyed, it was an early Saturday morning like always the dining area was packed with people.. great food and great atmosphere, but took her about 11 minutes to get a menu for us. And yes I was counting… then took another 15 minutes to get our drink order, and I understand she had a lot of people that she was catering to. But the food and the company I had was worth the wait, but still does it excuse her poor waitress skills, she really just seems like she wasn’t in the mood to be there.. also rolling her eyes at other customers and look very frustrated, we didn’t get straws with our drink, so we had to ask another waitress, we also didn’t get the cornbread and biscuits so we had to ask a different waitress, because ours was nowhere to be found.. all in all the food is great, and has always been great. The atmosphere was great as well. But I’m just gonna say she probably had an off morning."
