Golden Chick

"We have been coming to this location many times. For the past 3 times back to back we’ve received incomplete order. Seems like staff at the back preparing food are not checking the order correctly. Finally, I called this place to speak with the staff and notified about the incomplete order we’ve received when we reached home, staff on the phone told me that he will notify his manager and I should be receiving a phone call. But nobody called, which I already knew it. Also, the person at the cashier I think his name was “Marcus” was very rude and unprofessional. He definitely needs more training on customer service. He did not even bother to apologize for his behavior. Customer service is very important at any business and if you cannot be trained good, nobody would want to come to your business if you going to treat customer like this."

"First of all, it was not very busy but it still took 1/2 an hour to get my order. Drive home (5 minutes away), open up the packaging, and then taste it. The chicken tenders were actually good albeit a couple of them were about 1/3 the size of the other 14. At this pricing, that is not cool. If I pay for tenders, all of them should be a normal size. Next, they just stuff the rolls in the box with the chicken (there was not room so all the rolls were crushed down to about 1/3 the size they should have been). Next, the french fries. I am 62 years old and I have never had worse fries than they served me. They were still pretty warm when I got home but they were hard and chewy. My guess is, they probably tried re-heating them before boxing them up with my dinner, but you would think that after waiting almost 1/2 an hour, they could make fresh fries. Next was the coleslaw. Very little flavor. Tasted watered down. The gravy was probably below average but still edible. So basically, the chicken tenders were pretty good although a couple of very small ones and the gravy was edible. Everything else was terrible. This was my first visit to Golden Chick, not a very good impression."

"This fast food is horrible. They put my food as like trash. That's why they're slow. Never come back. The foods are expensive but they give to the customer as trash. Look at my rolls below."

"Employees were friendly and helpful. Dining room was clean and pleasant. Rest rooms were clean. For fast food, menu had large assortment of meals. We enjoyed the fish and shrimp meals. Servings were large and very tasty. Cole slaw and cream potatoes were very good. A must try."

"We ordered to-go. The food was good other than the gravy. (Great Chicken) HOWEVER- On what planet is this enough gravy? These were small containers. One was 1/4 full while the other was half full. They weren't spilled nor eaten. This is the amount they were filled and given to us. We had two family size mashed potatoes and 12 rolls- Disappointed"
