"Worse customer service ever! On 1/30/24 I went to place an order dine in. The lady at the cashier kept ringing the wrong order and charged me for something that I didn’t order. Yall need to get people that actually knows what they are doing."
"I spent $54.00 for old burgers. The only reason I gave 1 star was beaceyae the fries were hot and the drinks were fine. I am not happy. We literally were parked and had to wait more than 10 minutes just to get cold burgers. I was too upset to go back to the restaurant"
"Asked to order a pretzel bacon baconator if they still had it. Attendant said yes and told me a total cost after asking for my drink. Didnt ask if I wanted a combo to begin with or any different sides. Didnt give me a receipt i had to ask for it. When I got the receipt it showed double baconator and I didn't ask for a double. Food came with no ketchup! Felt impersonal and like I was getting scammed."
"Food tasted good but my whole order was wrong except the lemonade and the fries. Had to go back in and get at least the correct burger because the one I got had tomato and lettuce and 1 patty, I ordered a double stack, then when the lady that had to remake it realized I didn't want pickles like it came she took them off and started over but made a nasty remark to the guy next to her in Spanish...she should have made it right the first time and second time or looked at what the order said I ordered..."
