"General Manager Carlos is unprofessional and rude. I ordered my food to be made fresh. Only the fries were fresh and had heavy salt. The other two items nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich were cold. The general manager insisted an argument with me. Grabbed the bag pulled out the nuggets and yelled at me to “touch it, touch it”. I was told no when I requested a refund. Never received such poor service at Chick Fil A yet alone from a manager."
"The service is great! However every single time I've been here the fries are way too salty. To the point I either can't eat them or have to use a napkin to wipe off the extra salt (its wild how much salt falls off the fries). Definitely wish they'd get the fries right."
