"I was passing by a rue21 store and I saw some women's activewear shorts that I loved. I went into the store and grabbed the shorts that I loved and I asked the saleslady if I could try them on and she said yes. She probably knew I was a cross-dresser but she had no problem with that. Which I very much appreciate. It's good to know that rue21 hire people who don't judge other people. By the way, I purchased those shorts plus 3 more later on. Thank you rue 21."

"I was working a temp job in the Mall del Norte shopping mall. On my breaks, I would go to random stores. I went here thinking it would have men's clothes. They don't stock men's clothes. The store was clean and the staff was nice."

"It's okay, I suppose but I haven't shopped there enough to really know. Some time ago as I was walking by I saw some winter items on clearance for $5, great price so I went in. I ended up grabbing only two things because the other sizes were too big, but when I went to pay they asked my phone number, zip code (I think?) then my name & at the end my last name. All this for a small cash purchase?? I was annoyed & uncomfortable that they needed so much personal info when I was just trying to pay & be on my way!"

"Horrible customer service, if you want to shop somewhere that the employees don’t care how they treat you then this is the place for you. They are so unprofessional and so unorganized. They make your shopping experience unpleasant and honestly I’ve walked out of there several times with an intention to buy something but last minute left all my clothes because the employees attitude isn’t worth it. They have definitely lost my business numerous times because of this ongoing problem. The problem is so bad not even talking to a manager solves anything because they are just as rude as their employees."

"The clothes are great overall, but when I was checking out, the cashiers took really long to hand me my stuff. On top of that, I had to go back because I noticed that one of the shirts I bought had the sensor on. (I noticed this because I walked into Papaya and the alarm went off on me as I walked in). I left the mall after going back to Rue 21 and getting the sensor removed. The next day when I try to wear another one of the shirts I bought from Rue, it turns out that all the clothes I bought had the sensors on! I couldn't go back because I have college, and two jobs. I sent my boyfriend to get the sensors removed from the rest of the clothes, and my boyfriend sends me a picture where one of the shirts is stained and I didn't notice. He attempts to switch the shirt for another but there are no more left of my size. He tries to switch it for a similar shirt and turns out they're slightly more expensive than the one I had bought. I couldn't even receive a discount after everything the cashiers messed up on?! What kind of service is that?!"
