"Went for the sales they have. Bought several items I found and it seemed like we were trying to steal. Manager in charger was with the cashier the whole time. Whispering how she had to check item by item making sure of idk what. When an item we got gave a code they said that people sometimes changed the tags. Making us feel like if they were blaming us for that. When the cashier charged us she counted the money we gave her wrong after we asked her to count it and she did. They told that same manager that the money was wrong and again giving us the attitude as if WE had done something wrong when clearly they were the onced that miss counted. I rate it 1 star because they make you feel uncomfortable and like if you are doing something wrong. I like ross items but the employees need better training."

"One great thing about Ross is the low prices of goods. Brand-name clothings are much lower than the original price. When I went there yesterday, there were a number of nice tops from brands such as Calvin Klein, Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Anne Klein. I did not take a long time to find them. There were also interesting goods and I took pictures of them. However, oftentimes, to find really good deals, one must spend more than 2-3 hours of shopping there. What I found disappointing today was the toilet littered with toilet paper on the floor. I wonder how often is the toilet cleaned. I also hope customers who use the restroom could help Ross staff by throwing the toilet paper straight into the trash bin and not on the floor."
