"I would sadly never go here again. I love trying Pizzerias but I probably judge badly since i went to the restroom it was so dirty not sure if they are renovating. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi, it was more not up to part at all, Flavoring was way off it was hot as if it where fresh definitely didn't taste fresh .The pizza was not fresh at all. Cheese was thick and just sat on the bread like a block/layer no sauce and sadly a hair. That was the cherry on top for me. I was discounted for my meal but even with that it was just a bad experience. The staff was nice."

"Very overpriced pizza. I expected better from a place downtown. I ordered a pepperoni last night and it was way to salty and wayyy too cold. Pizza wasn't cooked fresh and it tasted like it was sitting there for a whole day. I'll never spend my money which was 2 pizzas and garlic bread for 80 bucks to get bland tasting pizza??? ? I could have cook one better and I should have!! Just take a good look at the photos!! This is russos famous pepperoni pie! It was old ,cold and NOT tasty at all"

"This place is AMAZING!!! When I called to place an order, the receptionist was extremely knowledgeable, honest, helpful and overall provided exceptional customer service! I was having an extremely difficult day and my experience with ordering, as well as the order received, made my day. They make everything by hand from scratch which is very impressive to me as an Executive Chef. I loved it so much, I ordered again and the service was still impressive not to mention the items I ordered tasted phenomenal. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to others, keep up the great work!"
