"You can not rely on their delivery times. Expect to wait an extra 30min beyond how long they say it will actually take. Pizza tasted like it was made the day before."

"If i could provide a lower rating regarding my experience with this location and pizza hut customer service line i would. Placed a order at 7 pm on a Monday. After many calls, being redirected to multiple other Pizza huts regarding my order I finally was able to request a refund at 10:30 pm that Monday. Time will tell if I actually receive my refund and if i get my reward points back that i used with the order. When asked as to the reasons why there was such issues getting an answer regarding my order status or delays in delivery the employee on site indicated that it was a 1 inside employee and 1 driver night. This shows poor management practices at this franchisee location. I would recommend going with a different pizza chain or a local place for pizza than order with this location as your service point."

"Evan, the delivery guy, went above an beyond and really blew me away. I've got bad reception and he couldn't get a hold of me. Guy ran up six flights of stairs to drop off the pizza. Absolute kudos and I feel bad about the situation. Absolute legendary service. Oh, and the pizza was good too!"
