"7:30 am coming in from 5 hour flight ordered the sausage egg and cheese croissant for myself and breakfast pizza for my Mom. The little girl has no personality and was very short and unpleasant. She called herself heating the food… it was cold and hard… the two coffees were weak and like brown water. I requested condiments for the hard / cold sandwich she just oooked at me and shook her head no no no. So I had to read her mind and responded, do you all have condiments of any kind…? She just stared and said no. It doesn’t take much to be common sense courteous. This was a bad choice on our part… never again! Two sandwiches and two coffees; $30.00!!!!"
"The prices for the pizza don’t even match the actual charges one 6.29 a slice advertised and paid 9.49 a slice. False advertising."
"An inspector needs to stop by this place. They are absolutely not following food safety procedures and I would guess many people will be sick after what I experienced today. Food sitting out for well over hold times at room temp. When they "reheat" it, the majority of the item is still cold. Staff wearing the same gloves to handle dirty items and food. Very concerning."
"Goat cheese pizza was delicious!!!! Why aren't there more locations??? So good!"
"Very dissapointed!!! After spending over $43 for what appeared to be appetizing breakfast, Stromboli (2), a bottle of water, and an orange juice. We ended up throwing most of it away. Hard time believing eggs were real, and bacon was nasty. The pastry even had a weird taste to it. I get it's airport food, but yuck! The staff was more interested in conversing with each other rather than customers. Stop taking such advantage of your customers."
