"I was in town for a funeral. I do not like the kiosk, I was trying to place my order at the counter. The manager directed me to order from the kiosk with his assistance. Whenever the order came to the table, in a dirty container and no plastic ware. Had to find someone to assist with that, and no one even apologized for the nastiness."
"This place is so slow, to the point you may never get what you ordered. Ordered off the breakfast menu. 15 minutes later still no food. Then at 10:40 was told they ran out of what I ordered. They were no longer serving breakfast, and wanted to know if I wanted to order off the lunch menu. I just told them to refund my money."
"I ordered a vanilla ice coffee and get bitter ice coffee and creamer. They do not know the difference between regular coffee and vanilla coffee. This is a constant issue. As far as the frappes, you're lucky if the machine is working. If it is, the drink is terrible! Will not spend my money here again."
"I ate inside and it was a great experience. The interior is really pretty with plenty of seating. You can order on a touch screen or through a person. They have some computers for kids to play on in the back. We sat and the food was brought to us when it was ready. I would definitely return to this location."
