"I love love love this starbys!!! I frequent it everyday before work and the people here are amazing!! Gabby is my favorite. She memorized my name and my order and my voice through the drive thru almost immediately. This is a fantastic store and I only go to this store when at all possible."

"This spot was clean.amd workers were courteous and quick. Small parking lot where you may be trapped by drive thru traffic during certain hours. Located right off highway and convenient to get on Highway after your stop."

"Ordered a drink very specifically a certain way, to immulate the pumpkin chai. Because I am literally allergic to milk, I ordered it this way for a reason. I received a normal pumpkin chai with milk foam at the counter. I told her I ordered it that strange way because I'm allergic to milk. The manager (I'm guessing) examined the cup and said "no you didn't order it that way." When yes, I did. - a normal chai doesn't come with milk foam... which is why I had to order it like this. Then it's blamed on "training". Someone being allergic to milk is much different than being lactose intolerant. She remade it quickly and said it was a training issue. Starbucks doesn't want customers getting an allergic reaction because workers don't follow their instructions."

"I have ordered here with and without the app. Personally, I prefer using the app because this location is right next to the highway, so there is a lot of noise from traffic. I think I have only ever had one minor issue with an order, but it was fixed quickly. That time, I did not use the app, so it was understandable given the noise in the area. This is one of the only Starbucks near downtown with an actual drive through, so it is my top choice when in the area. Staff has always been friendly, and orders are fairly quick, so the line moves quickly."
