"Took more than an hour to get my food . Called Jasmine to see what's going on she informed me they didn't have drivers. My order was waiting more than an hour and tried to send it to me anyways . She is also very rude and snotty and says the Domino's trackers don't work anyways"
"I've been a big fan of Domino's Pizza for a long time and order pizza fairly frequently over the years, but after my order tonight I most likely will never order from this company ever again. I never complain about orders even when things aren't perfect..my pizza was smashed from having the box cave in on it...my wifes tots looked like burned mush..and my other pizza looked dried out and like it was cooked yesterday and left out overnight. My wife called to politely complain about our order and she felt like she was talking to a child and they basically refused to give us a refund and then refused to give us any answers nor did they know who we could talk to regarding the issues we had ..on top of that she was hearing staff make remarks that were very unprofessional...I guess its going to be a lot more Papa Johns from here on out for us and you reading this may want to think twice from ordering here. We would have been satisfied with a simple refund, however now domino's wont be an option unless we move someday."
