When I called to check on delivery as weather was terribly cold & rainy, Customer service rep who answered the store phone was friendly & knowledgeable & assured me that delivery would still be made in spite of weather . Delivery driver was prompt & kind. I appreciate the friendliness & positive attitude of the employees. It was a refreshing experience. Well done."

"haven't picked up my order yet (still waiting), but inside the design is very cool & they have a screen right when you walk in to let you know when your carry-out order is ready -- very useful! corporate needs to staff this place more tho bc it looks like there's just one cook & one delivery person atm. if you order here it'll be a little slow on the ready time, but the guys here are doing their best. hope y'all get some more help soon."

"Never received the delivery after waiting an hour. Called and talked to "Imani" the manager. We asked to cancel the order and for a refund. No apology, no trying to make it right, nothing. Imani just said they would cancel and refund, we'll see if they can actually accomplish this. Good luck."

"I would have rated a 2 due to the incompetence of the delivery driver however, I must say Brittany is a GEM!!!!! She is professional, has excellent communication skills and is very hospitable. Though I had to drive here to pick up my food due to an inconvenience by the driver, Brittany made sure I was well taken care of. 10/10 for Brittany. Deserves a raise, bonus or her own Pizza Hut location or something lol. Thank you Brittany!!!"
