Domino's Pizza

"Good afternoon. I placed a order the night of 11/9/23 around the hours of 8pm. I received my confirmation email letting me know my order was in the process of being made.30-45 later I received another email as well as notification on th app my order was complete . I arrived to the and used the app to place my vehicle information in so my order could be brought out. After waiting more than 20 minutes in the rain I decided to go inside th location where I was met with poor customer service and hostility from the on duty manager. I showed my proof through the app to the manager that I had placed and order and per the app I was instructed to wait in my car with my hazards on so my order can come out to the correct vehicle. The manager rudely told me that she seen my order and was not going to make the pizza unless I can show her a receipt showing I had brought a pizza from the location withingl the last week. I told her I would not have a receipt from within the last week because I don't eat dominos on a weekly basis. Her final reply was , well I guess you wont be getting your order and walked off. I have left a complaint with the corporate bot but I have yet to hear anything. This is unacceptable and if I dont get any kind of assistance soon I pla. On Taking this higher."

"I am a person that actually reads reviews and leaves reviews! If I have an excellent experience I make it a point to leave the review immediately before I forget! Joshua Alvarez is an EXCELLENT member of the Domino's Team here at their 1960 location! This young man works with a friendly smile, is professional, and efficient! On his way out the door to deliver a pizza, he saw me, remembered my name, knew I had a prepaid order that was ready, stopped, assisted me with my carry out order, then proceeded to leave for his delivery. There are so many people that don't understand efficiency and how it can make their job so much easier! This young man's future is so bright because he understands efficiency and has top notch work ethic! I wanted to make sure to give praise and recognition where it was due! Thank you so much for your fast and friendly service Joshua!"

"We've frequented this location for years now but never again since getting raw uncooked pan pizzas followed by absurd customer service from the manager "Journel". Rather than trust our call he proceeded to insist that we drive back, during our dinner, to show him the raw dough in his pizzas in order to get a solution. We're usually very understanding of most restaurants because we know it's hard work dealing with customers, but this is a very poor response. Posted picture of pan pizzas where 3/4 of an inch looks like cheese but is really raw dough."

"Whoever Chase is really knows how to make my pizza order correctly. It has been cooked and cut to perfection. Hope they are there next time I order carryout. Also my order was completed between the time it was scheduled which is also a plus."
