"My wife place the order on line and we ordered 2 BMT sandwiches with the Italian bread toasted, we got white bread dry and not toasted, plus the meat was sliced so thin that I thought I was eating a vegi sandwich. I don’t know about my wife but I won’t go there again. There pictures of sandwich are way better looking. Can you say false advertising?"
"Every staff member is kind. I order pickup often my experience had been great."
"Nice team of subway employees. Sandwich was delicious and made promptly after I submitted the online order :)"
"Food was great everything was fine, manager or something, a red headed guy who works there was just constantly screaming at his new hire the the point where it made ME jump. Yelling is so unnecessary especially around customers, left a gross taste in my mouth for something that can be simply communicated. Honestly erratic behavior."
"Manager Sebastian Appleton was unprofessional, rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I did not know he was the manager, until I called the store asking to speak with a manager. He rudely hung up on me, and refused to give me the number to the corporate office. Very sad Subway has someone who lacks customer service skills and kindness running their store. Every other person there, has had wonderful customer service. According to him, he is also the regional franchise manager. Pity."
