Dunkin'

"So I love Dunkin' coffee, but I don't really like the service here. They make the coupons impossible to use. I converted points towards one item I purchased and they (was actually one of the owners at the window that day) told me no, and said she was sending my points back, but I never received them. Also, when the coupons don't work, they're like "yeah I don't know" and that's it, no trying to figure it out. I had another bad, and the male owner was trying to give me a free doughnut. He chased me down both windows. I had to literally tell him to just please give me my coffee so I could leave. He finally did, and I drove off... yes without the doughnut. I keep going because the menu is on point, and I adore their coffee. Just hope they'll stop being so stingy with the rewards and coupons."

"Got a blue raspberry rockstar drink. Was amazing. Staff were super sweet. I ate outside on the bench. Vibes were immaculate. GGEZ 10/10"

"Running my morning errands, and came across this awesome Dunkin Dounuts! Had no idea they built one on Mili. Had myself a Maple Bacon Sandwich, Butter Pecan Iced coffee, along with 3 jelly dounut. The dounuts look fresh, my sandwich was great, and coffee was new yet satisfying. The people were friendly, and service was fair. Only reason... I can barely hear the employee on the speaker, once I drove up I understood he had to wrap his hand around his mic for people to hear. Possible malfunction with mic or need new ones. Overall recommend, going."

"Stopped in for the first time and was a little disappointed. For starters be aware that the only place to enjoy your donuts and coffee is outdoor seating. There is no indoor seating, it's all "to-go". The donuts are not on display, instead there is a picture to choose from. Half the fun is usually to choose from the donuts in the glass case. Also, they were out of 3 or 4 popular varieties, so we had to settle for selections that we wouldn't have normally chosen. 3/4 of the building is dedicated to producing donuts, how do you run out? The service however was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The donuts we did get were good and fresh. Probably will be back if we're in the mood for donuts."
