"Can’t scan to pay, doesn’t honor app deals, doesn’t know what a “triple” means."

"The old lady (cashier- with glasses and round hat -is absolutely rude! I have my own customized recipe for years( at many different locations) with extra steam milk and never get extra charge ( I can tell by the way it shows on the screen at $0 cost when they tab on extra milk) . And when I asked I never get charged extra, she kept saying because you want to fill up a lot but it’s not true! One time she was switched to baristas position ( not too often) and made the worst drink for me, I politely requested to fix and she started to show attitude since then. She does not know how to make a good drink. At my last visit , she charged me 70 cents extra due to extra milk . That’s not right when You applied your personal madness to treat customer and cheat money!! Very disappointed !!"

"(INSIDE TO THE LEFT IN THE GROCERY SIDE OF THE STORE) The Staff is Very Friendly and offers suggestions at the times of uncertainty.(I like that) Always quick with Order and so many snacks and food items to choose from, for a Good Quick meal. Very clean and plenty of Room to Order Comfortably. And you get to buy a Quick small GIFT for those Coffee Lovers."

"Friendly staff. Overpriced! Not a Starbucks guy so I'm gonna think that. I don't even like coffee. I just take my medicine to get needed caffeine. Such is the life of an addict. If you like Starbucks this one is as good as any other one. They also had some really comfortable brown leather chairs so that gained an extra star. Save your money and make coffee at home. If you're out and need your medicine too then this is a good place"
