"Maybe it depends on who works that night but every time I order from this location I have a bad experience , I always add extra toppings and cheese and it’s never on my pizza. The chicken is always cold. It’s like they get a thrill out of doing this. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. Never ordering from here again"
"The place was awesome and the cashier was very helpful. Took the time to help find deals for pizza as I was buying several and really went above and beyond. They were busy but still took the time to show me, each person was just as important. Great place."
"In the 20+ plus years as a customer, I have NEVER had to cancel an order. The customer service is so BAD, it was easier to cancel the order (order was already ready). In the drive thru the cashier wouldn't tell anyone to move over to the side while their order was being made. After 20min in line. I called them to cancel the order and was placed on hold for other 10min. *I couldn't get out of line because their was a car in front & a car in the rear."

"I’m so disappointed in this location & partially blame myself because I still ordered after seeing the low star ratings. The food took forever to come and once it arrived it was very low quality. Everything looked like a 4yr old made it except for the desserts. A lot of the locations have bad ratings so It appears to me that this corporation is falling apart and it’s not being taken seriously."
