"Not the same experience. The young lady at the register was very nice and apologetic abt everything not as expected. Bring the real experience back. Southside is just as important as Stone Oak. Just saying. Fresh donuts please, oh and the free warm donut was always a "Krispy Kreme thing." But thanks for the new experience. Oh and maybe have a professional clean those windows."
"Young manager with the gauges is extremely rude and hostile to not only me and my friends but the customers behind us as well. If you're going to work in customer service, you should probably be a little nicer to the customers. I'm in the service industry as well and would never talk to my guests like that. Gave attitude from the minute we walked in the door. They spoke to us like we were dumb and talked to the other customer extremely condescending in front of her children. Almost walked out and didn't buy anything"
"Good big friendly reminds me when I showed up & besides seeing how the doughnuts were made you got to also get a free doughnut when you entered but I'm assuming that cause of COVID that's why they stopped & I got feedback that this location from the employee that they get their doughnuts from the DeZaval location. Oh well looked nice & enjoyed going inside."
