"My personal favorite from this place is Patata E Funghi and probably my favorite most in all of Houston right now! Yes, it’s that good! I think their fresh in-house made ingredients and those imported from Italy make this place a quality establishment in my book which we seldom find around here!"
"The pizza here is really good as the crust is amazing. They offer a few wines but only one white although reasonably priced. The pizzas are a bit on the pricey side and while the garlic flatbread is tasty due to size don't think it's worth 11.25 for an appetizer. The service was fairly quick but the cashier want overly friendly. Want to try NY style next time as seems like better value maybe."
"I ate at pizarios for the first time last weekend and was very impressed! Nice and clean atmosphere with delicious pizza! They make three different pizza styles: Detroit, New York and Napoletana. We tried the Detroit and napoletana and thought both were great! There is a style for all pizza lovers and a great variety of topping choices! Your stomach will leave satisfied!"
"I’m impressed. Highly recommend. Finally found a Real Brick oven wood fired pizza place that makes real Neapolitan style pizzas which are delicious. Crust is super soft and fluffy with a slight charr and very good flavor. It has the correct San Marzano tomato sauce and fresh mozz cheese which is how it’s supposed to be!! My only complaint would be the basil which is shredded and seemed flavorless and too much on the pizza, overall one of good “Italy style” pizzas i’ve found so far in Houston. Don’t be fooled by other so called 1,000,000 degrees “Neopolitan” pizzas which tastes terrible..not even close to the real thing sorry I’m definitely coming back and trying there thin crust NY and thick Chicago style pizzas and update my review. So came back for the “NY style” Margherita pizza, and sad to say but wasn’t impressed, there is nothing “NY” about this one. It had some type of “corn meal” coating on the crust? Not NY crispy enough either. And it was like $26!!! for a 16 inch that looked like a 14 inch which is way overpriced for what you get in terms of size and authenticity. Its not bad tasting but not “NY” My search continues!"
