Reviews
"First and foremost, Lionel (the gentleman who assisted me from start to finish) deserves on the recognition possible for his positive demeanor, extreme helpfulness and for just being a damn rockstar. I let him know that it was my first time in a Mod pizza and usually I expect a little impatience or disdain for employees when they know you’re going to hold up the line a little… instead Lionel got excited to show me the ropes on how to order and all the endless options I had to choose from. I swear this is not a paid review, I hardly ever leave reviews but that’s how great the customer service truly was. Now on the pizza, it’s just what you’d expect from like a brick oven pizza place and I loved mine. The price was so affordable too, which in itself is so hard to come by in 2024. Anyway. Can Lionel get a raise? Lol."
"Service was a little slow. I think the person putting the pizza together was still training and it looked like they were slammed with doordash orders. So that's understandable. The 3 stars was from the amount of flies that were flying about while we were trying to eat our pizzas."
"I like MOD Pizza, but my experience with the severe decline of this location is awful. Things have been slower lately, but tonight was just brutal. Arrived on a Sunday evening, and there was no one in line. Restaurant was fairly full with diners, but no one was in line, and no one was paying at register. There were 3 employees. Two were fiddling with something at the register. One appeared to be making a 3-pizza "Uber Eats" order. He didn't acknowledge me at all. I waited over 9 minutes. Still nothing. The two at the register finished, looked up, saw me, and did nothing. There were only 2 pizzas in the oven so they weren't busy there. At the 10 minute mark of being ignored, I just quietly turned around and left. Unbelievable. Whoever owns this location - you'd better get your act together. You can see from many other reviews that these issues are ongoing and are at last 1-2 years. Yet you still do nothing to fix the issue. Here's an idea for the owner: GO TO YOUR RESTAURANT and work with the people there. Teach them and demonstrate to them what's needed."
"The customer service in this location is Average compared to others I’ve been to. It’s chaotic when they are busy and hard to get exactly what you ask for. My pizza was unevenly cooked, but it tastes alright! Overall, not bad but not excellent! Nice clean store and plenty of tables."
"Honestly at this point I wish Uber eats would take this Mod off their website. I have ordered here 3 times and every time my order is wrong. I don’t know if the employees need more training or they don’t know how to read instructions. But save your time and money because you won’t get what you ordered. They didn’t include bbq sauce swirl, ranch swirl, pesto drizzle, roasted garlic, they added corn and cauliflower though. I don’t know whose pizza this is but it’s not mine. Not to mention I received my pizza two hours after I ordered because the restaurant told me they were too busy with their in person orders to complete their online ones."
