"It's better to order ahead and pay in the app. You'll be able to just walk in and head straight to the pizza portal put in your code, (given to you when you place your order in app), out comes your freshly cooked order. Quick, fast, and much easier than placing your order there and waiting FOREVER."

"I placed order online and it was ready on time! The pizza was delicious and satisfying. Could have used a bit more toppings (5-meat) as it was pretty sparse. It was busy as usual so i understand their rush. Place could use a facelift, but their food has yet to dissappoint!"

"So... while my pizza was fresh as I requested and not over baked, the service from the cashier lady, Jennifer J(from what my receipt stated)was not soo pleasant especially after I asked her if they were going to clean the dipping sauce trays out bc they were filthy dirty. She looked at me like I asked her to scrub the floors with her hands.. I'm like Lady(in my mind) Cleaning this out should be something routine that your store practice, like how do you/little Ceasars serve customers dipping sauces that are staged in a filthy tray.. So she just lightly said Yes,like as though she really wanted to say "No".. This establishment-location needs to do better with cleaning.. I bet if Food Inspection ppl were called out, they will FAIL completely.. I'll be finding me another location to go to.."

"I ordered the crazy bread combo and a classic pepperoni. I get home and start eating the pizza and notice the crust is dry and the pizza doesn’t taste fresh. Nothing new when you’re dealing with this location (look at the other bad reviews.) However I take the crazy bread out the bag and it looks uncooked with a bunch of butter spread all over it. So I drive 15 minutes back to the store with the crazy bread and ask for a refund. The manager David tells me I need to bring the pizza back as well?? He proceeds to tell me he can only refund if I bring the pizza back too. Why would someone need to bring back an entire order to refund a specific item? That makes no sense. Too many bad experiences at this location and this is definitely the last time I’m going there. Update 11/16/21: The general manager contacted me to apologize and advised me she spoke to David who was unaware of store policy. Hard to believe a manager doesn’t know store policy, he just chose to be a jerk that day. However I was offered a refund. Thank you Jennifer for resolving the issue."

"It was worth what I paid. However, the cleanings level did not give me the warm fuzzies. Air vents above food service area in desperate need of cleaning. Surfaces need to be cleaned and then inspected. Grime and visible trash on floors, pizza warmers and refrigerator. The pandemic is no time to walk into a less than well kept restaurant."
