Papa Johns Pizza

"5 star to everything, from the moment I entered to the moment I left. Miguel took my order explained all the toppings that came with the specialty pizzas. The quality of the food was just outstanding. Very impressed. I asked for extra sauce and definitely came out that way."

"Papa John’s used to be good. I’ve noticed recently that the quality of their product has been rapidly declining. Might be this location specifically. Who knows…. Stingy with the toppings, missing toppings, soggy crust, you name it. My favorite used to be “The Works,” with added jalapeños and pineapple (yeah, yeah… I’m one of those that likes pineapple on my pizza ;-p). Here’s the pizza description on their website: “THE WORKS PIZZA It’s everything you want on a pizza – and then some. A heaping helping of pepperoni, julienne-cut Canadian bacon, spicy Italian sausage, fresh-cut onions, crisp green peppers, mushrooms, ripe black olives, and real cheese made from mozzarella. When you’re hungry for a hearty pizza, the Works always works.” Tonight, my “Works” pizza was delivered with, get this, ZERO pepperoni, ZERO Canadian bacon, and enough Italian sausage to fill a shot glass. I called the location to attempt getting some sort of resolution. The person that answered the phone offered to either remake the pizza and send it out tonight, or have a credit placed on our account for our next order. As much as I wanted to have my pizza done right tonight, I couldn’t do it. During our ENTIRE conversation, I could hear another employee in the background coughing their lungs up NON-STOP. The coughing was so bad, I was hesitant to eat what was already delivered, but I was hungry (don’t judge me). After repeatedly giving this location “one more chance,” tonight’s delivery cemented my decision to NEVER order Papa John’s again. Steer clear of this location, they WILL mess something up."

"Today around 6:00 p.m. Wednesday the young lady at the register was very nice and professional.. Two employees 1 male 1 female came from outside and into the prep area started making pizza without washing their hands (now I see why customers get sickened) very unsanitary. A group of customers was already there before me and I noticed one of the females goes into the prep area and she appears to be standing directly where the pizza is being prepared in plain clothing (no hat) where hair can possibly fall onto the meal I would assume that this location is not a corporate location but I will report this further. This store just needs more training and supervision."

"Every Monday night go there religiously not anymore went as I normally do 5.99 carryout large is no more, she said under new management we don't have any specials so why would I Pay 14.59 for a large for something we do every Monday yet any other place is cheaper especially during this economy. Second their soda in the cool Beware check the dates always expired so I don't purchase from them. Lady behind the counter said she is aware nothing she can do."
