"I've been coming here for almost 10 years. I've always chosen this starbucks- even going out of my way to purposely come to this location- almost daily too. But lately I have not enjoyed coming. I'll be honest I'm one of those "ordering custom orders on the app" people but I feel like I'm paying for a custom order and the custom part is being ignored. I'll ask for a very light splash if cream and get a drink made mostly cream of a refresher with light water and get a drink that is definitely watered down. I've noticed new employees so I get it that it could be a learning curve but I've found myself finding new locations or leaving starbucks all together. Please talk to your employees- ask if they are following g the app orders. I miss my orders and I miss the other employees. The picture I attached is an example. I used my birthday drink to demonstrate the differences in my order. The lighter drink is from this location."

"This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in San Antonio. There are at least a couple outlets along each wall and a variety of places to sit: tables and chair, booths, long bar tables. The staff is always pleasant. Only complaint I've had is one day both bathrooms were out of order, which is tough for someone like me who spends all day here working. Overall though, a great place for a good drink and quiet work environment."
