"Ordered a pizza and driver said it was delivered, but it wasn’t. There was also no way to confirm the delivery. When I called about this, their customer service was terrible. On the phone for 20 minutes just to get my pizza delivered. They just disappeared on the phone multiple times with no reason or explanation. Finally, after TWO HOURS, I got my pizza. The driver was rude like he expected a tip after waiting 2 HOURS. Terrible experience. Ridiculous."

"Ordered the cauliflower crust and it was phenomenal. Truly our new go to spot for fresh pizza and great customer service. Delivery is also fast and the drivers are great with directions. Highly recommend! Also, online ordering on the website is such a breeze!"

"So the reason why I came to this restaurant is because I saw a promotion going on through the getupside app for cash back for visiting this restaurant. Thus, my friend and I came here to eat. I had the cravings for pizza. Long story short, the atmosphere was a little uncomfortable and it was probably because of the time of evening that we came in to dine-in. About 8:30pm. My cheesy bread was pretty good, in my opinion better than the pizza. The pizza I had was a simple pepperoni pizza which wasn't bad but nothing to scream about. Now, the biggest thing is I have never been to a restaurant that doesn't have water. No bottled water, no cup water, nothing. I contemplated taking a cup from my car and filling it up with water from the bathroom sink just to have something to drink but I decided not. The second biggest thing but I thought was insane and quite unbelievable to me was when my friend and I walked out to the car, we saw the three young teenage boys that were working here duck under the counter. My friend thought that they were doing drugs to which she runs inside and sees them with this tube looking thing. She just laughed it off as well as the young boys did and even though I'm not mad or don't really care about what they do, I would be more concerned about for example cross-contamination between the drugs and the food someone might be getting served. Would I go back? I think so... I think the time my friend and I came in to eat was a very off time to begin with. I saw the vintage photos on the wall which made me feel a little bit sad that there used to be passion. Similarly to Waffle House, it is very rare to go in and find a waffle House employee that is happy to be there. Anyways, that is my review. My friend and I had some laughs with the behavior the employees were exhibiting, but I am just a little paranoid or worried about someone else if there is any contamination with the drugs or whatever those boys were doing that made them hide underneath the counter as soon as my friend and I (the only two eating there) left."

"Disappointed! Got the XL 2 toppings pizza & there was very little topping (half ground beef & half grilled chicken). One slice didn't even have any toppings (as in pic). The 2 stars are for the tasty crust & cheese & the courteous gentleman who takes the order at the counter (one with the braids). He was nice & friendly."
