"The coffee is good even if it is expensive, but I’ve noticed that the baristas will have attitude if you don’t tip. I small blended coffee is already pushing almost close to $6. Tips at a drive thru coffee place shouldn’t be expected, especially if it is a drive thru. I used to waitress I understand tipping at a sit down restaurant or bar, but expecting a tip at drive thru and then giving an attitude when you don’t tip isn’t cool."

"We love Dutch bros have been going to the ones off UTSA and Huebner religiously until the De Zavala one opened since it right outside our subdivision. This location is a different experience and not in a good way unfortunately. There are several times where there is a couple cars and it still takes 20 mins to get your order taken. The other locations always have several people going and taking orders vs here it’s like they only have 2 people working at any given time. I hope to see this improve because we love yall!"
