"Pizza was fresh but extremely dry. Ordered double on the white sauce. Pizza was extremely dry..no pizza sauce what so ever. I called to complain and the Manger and employee informed me that they use powder for the white sauce.. which then why call it sauce? I was very unhappy with my order and felt like I was eating a Little Ceasars hot and ready pizza. Completely Unacceptable!!!!! I will never be back the worst Marcos Pizza by far...I've ever eaten at!!!"

"Jesse and Rebecca, had the Worst customer service ever and were unsanitary. The general manager (Rebecca)literally made my food with no gloves and made an issue when I tried to get a refund. Do not come here. They are dirty and they do not wash their hands when making the pizza. When confronted about the situation they acted like victims. The general manager also looks unprofessional and has blue hair like a child. She looks like a Crack head and clearly does drugs. When I came into the store, I didn't even know if they were managers or just regular customers eating for free."

"I normally don’t order from Marco’s but tried them on Saturday!! Pizza was wonderful so I tried them today! Big mistake not only was Pizza horrible so was service! I called and spoke to someone calming to be manager by the name of Jesse!!! Basically he told me I’m lying and that his pizza is not burnt and is supposed to look this way!!! You can’t tell that to a pizza eater!!! Then he wanted me to send pictures to show my proof really!! Sent pizza but guess! Won’t being eating Marcos from any location!! Sticking to what I know!! Pizza Hut!!! If I could rate them a 0 I would!!!"

"Their cauliflower pizza is amazing! Always hot fresh and delicious. Marcos has become my favorite pizza place. Staff is always friendly and efficient!"
