"I been going to almost all Bros in San Antonio and one out of town and had great service. This little girl/women woke up not liking her job. One I gave her a 20.00 and she didn’t even know how to count back for my change. After I gave her my order I asked her do I give u my number for my points? Yea so went on and cashed me out than I asked her so u need my number? OH U HAVE TO TELL ME BEFORE I TAKE UR ORDER! So I told her ok SO UR TELLING ME I DONT GET POINTS TODAY BECAUSE IM THE ONE THAT HAS TO TELL U BEFORE I ORDER? And you don’t tell us HI ARE TOU USING UR APP TODAY? Thanks I drove off before I catch a case. So ppl tell them ur number or show ur app because they won’t ask. And ur losing points."

"We were waiting in line to order and out of no where a woman in a white truck pulled in fast, forced her way in, and cut in front of us from the outside lane. The girl taking orders didn’t even say anything. We pulled out and left and told her we would never be back to that location again. Shame on both of them!"

"The staff are always super friendly! Since the place is new, Dutch Brothers brings in staff from out of state to help train and support new locations. These staff are super friendly and well trained. Even the new hires are talented and friendly. I've gone to this location several times already since they opened and my order has been correct each time. In addition, within those few times I've gone, the staff have already remembered me. Lastly the drinks are always so good. I think Dutch Brothers is one of the few coffee/drink places that's really worth the value you pay overall.
