"It’s okay. Customer service was poor, I asked the woman how does a drink taste cause I’ve never been here she listed the ingredients that were listed on the board. I was looking more for an answer like if it’s sweet or whatever. But the way she said it was very condescending. Got a different drink instead and ordered food. There was a hair on the plate, I just removed it cause it wasn’t touching the food. Bagel was very hard and the egg was a little overcooked, bacon was fine though. It wasn’t a terrible experience but left disappointed. 2 of the other woman working there were friendly but didn’t have much interaction with them."

"My rating is 3.5 out of 5 but google does not allow halves so a 4 it is. The pros: the coffee was amazing. Out of all the coffee shops in SA this one is one of the best in terms of the coffee. The staff was very nice and helpful. The environment itself seemed happy. The cons: the shop is just too small and cluttered. I’ve been to small shops but I think if they rearranged tables it’d make it a little less stuffy. Overall this is a really good coffee spot that has the potential to be a great one. It’s still a recommendation from me."
