"If I could give negative stars, I would! They fixed my "new" dishwasher that was not draining, but on that process they broke my "new" 1 month old garbage disposal and my alkaline water softener system and left me with multiple slow leaks! UnF$##en believable. Just horrible geek squad service. I had to buy me a new garbage disposal again 1 month after it was replaced. He then left, probably knew what he had done, and did not mention anything!!!"

"I went to get my MAC repaired during COVID 19 because my Apple store was not open. I explicitly told them that I need the data from my computer by any means necessary. They were helpful at first, told me I had a warranty and that they would send it to Apple, so everything was going to be fine. When I got my MAC back it did not have any of my data at all, it had a brand new hard drive. I went back to ask where was "my" hard drive & all they did was lie, deny everything and said "I guess you misunderstood". Even though I have it in writing about data recovery and they refuse to give me back my hard drive either because they lost it or sent it to Apple to be destroyed. They have made no effort to help resolve the issue & said "Oh well, at least you have a computer" I don't recommend going at all if you value your data, 1/5 Stars from me."

"The manager met us at our scheduled appointment time and began the conversation with what he couldn't provide. Meanwhile. He was training a new female employee, and appeared to be flirting with her, or showing his prowess. He did however, at our request, ask for assistance from another non geek squad employee. This individual, Manny, was able to partially resolve our problems. Great customer service, dedication, and desire to help. Geek squad manager needs to be replaced by Manny."
