"If I could give a 0 I would. Very unprofessional and so rude. One big scam. Do not ask for Carlos. He is a very sensitive man. One person who came to do an estimate didn’t do anything and then charged me $50 and then said they would come back the next day. I called them back after the man left and spoke with Carlos to explain what they did and that the instructions they gave me I have tried before and it doesn’t work. carlos insisted that his instructions will work. I followed his instructions, and there was the same problem (that they attempted to fix)as it was before they came. no one from the company called me to schedule what time they would come the following day as they said they would. I call back and they said they will send someone out. Carlos came and refused to service my appliance. I asked him why and he replied with my attitude. I just let him leave because where was I going to get anywhere with him. I called back the office and they pretty much said good luck find another company. Huge scam charged me for the estimate. They did refund me but horrible customer service"
