"I was there yesterday and I will tell you. No one was willing to help me. I called for assistance and pushed me around or waiting for an employee to help. I had an appointment for a iPhone repair with geak squad. My appointment was at 3:20 did not get help after 40 minutes waiting. The staff was on the back hiding. They would come in and out and not even acknowledge no one. I will be calling corporate. This place needs new management."

"I bought a Samsung washer here at this store. I started having problems with it. I called Samsung and they sent a technician out. When he opened the washer wires were cut, the port for Samsung to connect their machine to know what's wrong with it was cut, and Samsung told the washer was previously owned. I went into the store I tried to speak to General Manager and he stated nothing was wrong with it and it was never previously owned. He got upset and kicked me out the store. I have the video recording and pictures. One of the workers had stated maybe it was rodents who chewed through the wired but how does a rodent put black tape around wires? I don't even have not even 1 roach in my house much less rodents. After the tech came back with new wiring to put in the washer I examined the old one and new one and yup it sure was messed with before and wires were cut not chewed. I will NEVER come back here again. What best buy did was fraud selling a used washer as new. That is a lawsuit. I have pictures, videos, paper proof of what has happened with the washer."
